The Society is situated opposite to the “Army Institute of Law” adjoining “United Co-Op.Housing Society”. There is a Gurdwara, a Mandir and a Market close by with an SBI Bank Branch along with an ATM.
The Society is registered with the Assistant Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Ropar with Regd. No. 1006 dated 03-4-1989.
Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority (PUDA), Estate Officer, SAS Nagar, allotted the 6.06 acres (29,330.40 sqyd.) land vide memo no. PUDA/A-4/2000/84 Dated: 22-3-2000 to the society in Sector-68 at the cost of Rs 4,95,68,376/- .
The “Total Possession” of the land was handed over to the Society by PUDA on 11-4-2004 after removing encroachments on the allotted land (in October, 2004).
The construction work of the 240 dwelling units were completed in the year 2005 and allotment was done on 22-01-2005. Now, the society has 216 ‘Category-A’ and 24 ‘Category-B’ flats with the covered area of 1489 sq. ft. and 1155 sq.ft. respectively.

Our society has 15 blocks, 4 stories each with 16 flats along with stilts on the ground for parking. Each block has a stairs and a lift/escalator. There are 6 parks inside having different types of rides for kids and benches for the residents to sit in.
The society has a complete surrounding wall and a guarded main gate for entry and exit. There’s a CCTV camera fitted on the main gate as a security measure.
There is a metalled road along the surrounding wall inside the society and paver-blocks fitted pavement outside along the main road. Ornamental plants have been planted all over the society alongside the surrounding wall and grass in the two big parks.
